This following document sets forth the shipping and payment information for the Liebichwein website.
Liebichwein is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. It’s important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. So, if you’ve received your order and it’s not what you expected, we’re here to help.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping is calculated when address details are completed at checkout.
Standard domestic shipping: $15-20 major cities, up to $45 regional areas
Local pickup: FREE
Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is usually within 7 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory) and for periods inclusive of public holidays.
Local pickup is available for anyone who wishes to use this service. Local pickup orders will be packed within 3 business days, and you’ll receive a notification in your inbox when it’s ready. Collection is available from Liebichwein cellar door during opening hours 151 Steingarten Road, Rowland Flat, South Australia.

Liebichwein accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, EFT. Credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. Credit card data is not kept after processing.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your wine is broken or damaged in transit or an order is incorrect or not to standard, we’re happy to provide a full refund or replace the damaged bottles. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you identify the problem with your order number, contact details and a photo of your delivery if damage occurred.
