A pale dry style full of summer berries and blossoms. Perfect for summer BBQs and picnics.
Rosé is a rare and special wine in the Liebichwein range made occasionally when the perfect conditions present themselves.
This is a light, dry style produced in a limited quantity from fruit grown on the Liebich property in Rowland Flat. Pinot Noir has been growing for over 20 years and yields consistently well around 3 tonne/acre.
Whole bunch pressing with minimal skin contact, cool fermentation, and extended lees contact has delivered this utterly drinkable Rosé made from predominantly Pinot Noir with a splash of Tempranillo. The fruit was picked early in the season especially for this wine.
Coral pink in colour, it has an attractive nose of summer berries, blossoms and rose petals. The palate is fresh, and lively with a voluptuous, creamy texture and lingering fruit flavours. Enjoy this wine with fresh seafood, salads and light dishes.
