A rare opportunity to release 100% Pinot Noir sourced from fruit grown on the Liebich property. Three Pinot Noir clones from a single vineyard grow on heavy biscay soil in the southern part of the Barossa Valley. Fruit was fermented as whole bunches (carbonic maceration style) and bottled unwooded to retain the essence of classic Pinot Noir characteristics.
