A rare opportunity to release 100% Pinot Noir sourced from fruit grown on the Liebich property. Three Pinot Noir clones from a single vineyard grow on heavy biscay soil in the southern part of the Barossa Valley.
Fruit was fermented as whole bunches (carbonic maceration style) and bottled unwooded to retain the essence of classic Pinot Noir characteristics.
Light-medium ruby red. Youthful and fresh. Ripe strawberries dominate the nose and palate leading to a bright lively finish. Lighter style unwooded red which can be served chilled.
The label features Tigger the beloved winery dog who loves chasing hares under the vineyard canopy.
