A rare opportunity to release 100% Pinot Noir sourced from fruit grown on the Liebich property. Three Pinot Noir clones from a single vineyard grow on heavy biscay soil in the southern part of the Barossa Valley.
Fruit was fermented in open tanks, basket-pressed then matured in older French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration to retain the essence of classic Pinot Noir characteristics.
Medium Ruby. Rich red berries and sweet spice carry onto an ultra-smooth palate with bright lively finish.
The label features Tigger the beloved winery dog who loves chasing hares under the vineyard canopy.
